Flex Limited has released its financial outcomes for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year concluded March 31, 2026, demonstrating stronger performance than initially anticipated. According to Yahoo Finance, the company recorded robust revenue figures, indicating a healthy close to its financial year. For the fourth quarter, Flex reported a revenue of $7.2 billion, which exceeded the upper end of its projected range, showcasing effective operational execution. This performance contributed to an adjusted operating income of $329 million, with an adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) reaching $0.62. These figures demonstrate the company's ability to generate substantial earnings despite current market dynamics. The full fiscal year 2026 saw Flex achieve a total revenue of $28.9 billion. The adjusted operating income for the year stood at $1.2 billion, leading to an adjusted diluted EPS of $2.20. These yearly results underscore consistent financial strength and strategic growth initiatives. Flex also generated significant cash flow from operations, accumulating $1.5 billion during the fiscal year. The company successfully returned a considerable portion of this to shareholders, repurchasing $400 million in shares and distributing $64 million in dividends. This capital allocation strategy reflects a commitment to enhancing shareholder value. Looking ahead, Flex has provided its outlook for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, projecting revenue between $6.4 billion and $6.8 billion. The forecast for adjusted diluted EPS is set to be in the range of $0.44 to $0.50. For the entire fiscal year 2027, the company anticipates revenue to fall between $27.6 billion and $28.6 billion, with adjusted diluted EPS predicted to be between $2.05 and $2.25. These projections suggest a positive, albeit moderated, growth trajectory moving forward. The company's leadership expressed satisfaction with the results, highlighting the team's dedication and the effectiveness of their operational strategies in driving these outcomes. The impressive revenue and earnings, coupled with strong cash generation, position Flex for continued success in the competitive technology manufacturing sector.
